The accommodation is a 4 storey building located in the centre of Kolding.
  
Shared facilities: Cycle room and laundry in the basement.
 
Decor: The inner walls of the ground floor, kitchen and entrance hall have painted embossed-wallpaper. The floor covering is in 22 mm solid parquet and the ceilings have painted concrete slabs or plaster tiles.
 
Bathroom: The floor is covered with light colored tiles. The toilet and wash basin are in white enamel. There is a mirror and bathroom lamp.
 
Kitchen: Two cooking rings, sink and refrigerator. The fitting are in white laminate with beech wood trim and there are white tiles above the kitchen table. There is an air extractor above the cooking rings connected to the automatic ventilation system.
 
Storeroom: Each flat has the use of a little storeroom in the basement.
 
Buses: It is a 5 mins. walk to the bus terminus (Klostergården), 10 - 15 mins. to the railway and bus stations and 200 in. to the nearest bus stop.

Further information: All flats are connected to a shared TV aerial (antenna) and have a telephone socket. In addition, there is a public telephone for residents use.

Electricity: You have to sign up for electricity yourself, when you move into a flat.

Refurbishment: The apartment is not refurbished, but paint can be picked up at the Service Center if you wish to paint the apartment yourself.
