Studentkolding are offering 10 fully furnished 1-room or 2-room student flats in Kolding Åpark 18, Campus 1, which is centrally located – within walking distance to all educational institutions and with Kolding city center on one side and beautiful green areas and water on the other.
The student flats are furnished with primarily second-hand furniture and in addition to the hob and fridge, there is also an air fryer, tableware, duvet and pillow, which therefore makes the flat ready to move into straight away. It also includes a bed, a dresser, dining table and chairs, pots and pans, glasses, crockery, cutlery, lighting and bed linen.
The residents of Campus I have among other things, access to a shared laundry room, bicycle room, and there is also a lift in the building. Besides that, there is an outdoor fitness area right on their doorstep.
The furnished flats are not rented out via the normal waiting list, but by direct inquiry to student@kolding.dk and in the mail to us you must inform us of your name, your application number and which flat you are interested in. To apply for the flats you must have an application on https://studentkolding.dk
The flats are vacant from the 15th of August 2024. All the prices are in DKR
