Shared facilities: The tenants has access to a shared laundry.
 
Decor: The floor in the entrance and rooms are coated with a gray black linoleum and the ceiling is white-painted concrete. The walls are white-painted concrete walls or plasterboard walls. In every flat, there is a long wall, which has not been painted, but is molded concrete.
 
Bathroom: The bathroom has vinyl flooring and the ceiling is made of white-painted concrete – except in the shower, where it is made of white-painted plasterboard.
 
Kitchen: The kitchen consists of white elements from HTH. The tabletop is a light gray beech wood. In relation to the sink, there is a white cabinet. There is a white refrigerator with a built-in freezer from Electrolux, in energy class A+ and a ceramic glass cooktop from Zanussi.
 
Further information: As standard in the flats, there is a 15/15mb WAOO fiber connection for the price of 100 Danish crowns per month. It can be set up and / or combined with a TV- and landline subscription by contacting Trefor.
 
Storage space: All the student flats have a storage room of their own.

Electricity: You have to sign up for electricity yourself, when you move into a flat.

Furnishing: The flats are not furnished. Click on this link to see a map of several second hand shops in Kolding.

Refurbishment: The apartment is not refurbished, but paint can be picked up at the Service Center if you wish to paint the apartment yourself.
