Låsbygade 44, 50 og 110

The accommodation at Låsbygade 44 and Låsbygade 50 is situated in a block of flats which also includes flats for other residents.
The accommodation at Lâsbygade 110 is situated in a former warehouse from 1860, which was rebuilt and totally renovated in 1986.

Shared facilities: There is a cycle room in the basement with a laundry at no. 50 and no. 110.

Decor: The inner walls of the rooms, the ground floor, the kitchens and the entrance hall have painted embossed-wallpaper. The floors have a parquet covering. The ceilings are painted plaster tiles.

Bathroom: The floors and the shower at nos. 44 and 50 are tiled. At no. 110 they have vinyl/ glass weave walls. The toilet and the wash basin are in white enamel The bathrooms have a mirror, bathroom lamp and a towel rail.

Kitchen: The kitchens are equipped with 2 cooking rings, a sink and a refrigerator. The fittings are in white laminate. There is an air extractor over the cooking rings connected to the automatic ventilation system.

Further information: All flats are connected to a shared TV aerial and have a telephone socket.

Electricity: You have to sign up for electricity yourself, when you move into a flat.
