The accommodation is situated at Havneparken 2-8 in a block of flats which also includes accommodation for other residents on the top floors
There is a lift in the block.

Shared facilities: There is a large bicycle room in the basement and there is a large laundry in the basement at no. 6.

Decor: The inner walls of the rooms, the ground floor, the kitchens and the entrance hail have painted embossed-wallpaper. The floors have a wooden covering. The ceilings are painted concrete. Inside doors are white with steel handles. There is floor heating and ventilation in all the rooms. Each flat has one smoke alarm installed.

Bathroom: The floors are grey tiles and the walls are white tiles. The toilet and the wash basin are in white enamel. The bathroom is equipped with mirror, bathroom lamp, cupboard under the wash basin and hangers for towels.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator with a mini freezer and there is an air extractor over the stove.

Storage space: There is no storage area.

Electricity: Please note that electricity is collected with the monthly rent. This means you do not choose your own supplier of electricity.
