The apartments vary in size, condition and number of bedrooms. The pictures are examples of the style of the apartments.

Shared facilities: There is a coin operated laundry on the 1st floor. The shared living area consists of 2 roof terraces with direct entrance from the 1st.  and 2nd.  floors. There is also a small planted area in the back courtyard
 
Decor: The walls have painted embossed-wallpaper. The floors are solid beech wood parquet. The ceilings are painted concrete.
 
Bathroom: The shower walls are covered in white tiles, while the remainder have a painted glass-weave covering. The bathroom floors are tiled.
 
Kitchen: The kitchens are equipped with 2 cooking rings and an oven, with the exception of flats 101, 102, 201, 202, 301 and 302 are equipped with an oven. The kitchen fitting are of modern design.

Electricity: You have to sign up for electricity yourself, when you move into a flat.

Refurbishment: The apartment is not refurbished, but paint can be picked up at the Service Center if you wish to paint the apartment yourself.
